Complaints made by Data Owners, whose Personal Data are processed by ATASAY Companies, will be answered and finalized by ATASAY Companies as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.The Data Owner sends his requests and complaints to ATASAY KUYUMCULUK SAN. VE TİC.A.Ş. Company ATASAY KVK Committee, in person, provided that identity checks are made, or applications made by proxy, provided that a notarized power of attorney is submitted, applications made through notary channels and registered e-mail addresses can be made to kvkk@atasay.com, provided that a secure electronic signature is used.
