In order to cancel and return your orders or products you have placed on Atasay.com, you must notify our virtual store support line at 0850 800 42 82 or firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address. All conditions stated here are only valid for products purchased from atasay.com. The responsibility during the arrival of the package to Atasay headquarters belongs to the consumer. After the product reaches us, the product will be refunded when the product return is accepted after the necessary examinations.
The provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer are applied in the product return transactions. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days after the product reaches the customer. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the Customer must notify www.atasay.com by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must be unused (the gelatin has not been opened in perfume products). In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice and the copy of the cargo delivery report stating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the Customer has been sent to www.atasay.com. Following the receipt of these documents, product inspection is carried out by experts. As a result of the examination, the product price of the products that are eligible to be returned will be returned within 7 days using the same method as the Customer's payment method. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. For products purchased with Same Day Delivery Service, only the product price is refunded by deducting the collected delivery fee from the invoice payment amount. For the products delivered abroad, only the product price is refunded by deducting the collected delivery fee from the invoice payment amount.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer cannot use the right of withdrawal for products that are produced in accordance with the customer's special requests and demands or that have been personalized by making changes or additions. The order that you want to return, the product, invoice, waybill, certificate, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials must be sent to the address at the bottom of the page, completely and undamaged, as they were sent to you. During the return shipment, the responsibility of the product and the documents and materials sent with the product or any similar depreciating situation, due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the customer performing the return process, belongs to the customer who makes the return. In case you make the return process without getting approval from www.atasay.com, your return process will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.
After the return is received, it is examined by experts whether the return conditions are fulfilled. If the return is approved, within 7 days, the price of the products will be returned to the bank account if the order was placed using a credit card, to the credit card, or to the bank account if it was given via wire transfer/EFT. The reflection of your refund to your credit card account depends on the transaction status of your bank and takes between 1-4 weeks.
