How can I tell if it’s the Atasay brand?
The Atasay trademark is stamped on all Atasay products.

Can I return or exchange products that do not have the Atasay trademark on them?
Products that do not display the Atasay trademark or the trademarks of other brands sold by Atasay cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return an Atasay product I have purchased?
Only Diamond products with a ‘Return Purchase Guarantee’ certificate, or gold or diamond products that are flawed can be returned.

Where can I exchange an Atasay product I have bought?
Products can be exchanged within 14 days at the store where they were purchased. If a request for an exchange of an item bought in another city is brought to a store within 14 days of purchase, the customer is asked to provide the sales receipt or certificate of the product. If a customer cannot do so, he is asked to go to the store where the product was purchased, where he can make an exchange. Products bought in duty-free shops at airports, that have been custom modified for the customer, or are special customer orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

What products can I exchange for the Atasay product I have bought and how can I exchange it?
Except for certain products such as chain bracelets, all Atasay products, regardless of carat, can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase provided that the price of the new one is not less than that of the item to be returned. Trademarked Atasay gold and diamond products can be exchanged for one another. Products without receipts or certificates cannot be exchanged. Steel products cannot be exchange for gold, diamond or chain bracelets.

How can I exchange an Atasay product that has been given to me as a gift?
Customers who purchase items as gifts can be given an exchange/gift card. This card is valid for 14 days. Provided product is unused, it can be exchanged upon presentation of the exchange card without a receipt. When gift items are brought for exchange, this card will be requested however, if it can be proven that the item is an Atasay product but the customer cannot show any document attesting to this, he will be directed to the store where the item was bought and that store will try to identify the item from its records. If it cannot be found in store records, the customer will be offered scrap rate for the item.

Can I return or exchange an Atasay product I have purchased from outlets?
Products bought at outlet stores cannot be returned unless they are defective and they can only be exchanged at the store where they were bought. Those bought at other stores cannot be returned or exchanged at these stores. The customer will be sent to the store where the purchase was made. The normal return policy applies to seasonal products bought under normal sales conditions.

Which Atasay products can’t I return or exchange?
Products that were bought at duty-free shops in airports, modified or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long is the guarantee for Atasay products valid?
The Repair and Maintenance Service Guarantee on all products is valid for two years, after which a fee is applied for repair and maintenance.

How long are the conditions in the Return Purchase Price Warranty on Atasay diamonds valid?
The conditions of the Return Purchase Price Warranty on diamonds are valid for two years. Items no longer under guarantee that are returned are bought back at current market rates determined by the center, with the customer’s agreement.

Which products are not covered by the guarantee?
Products that have not been repaired or are two or more years old are not covered by guarantee.

How can I return used products made of gold?
Used gold products can be returned to be processed as scrap.

How can I return used diamond products?
Used diamond products can be returned according to the conditions stated on the relevant certificate. When there is a request to return an Atasay diamond product within the valid period of the Return Purchase Price Warranty, first the VAT on the purchase price of the product is deducted and then 25% in the case of solitaire diamond rings and 35% in the case of fantasy products is subtracted for depreciation. The customer is then paid the remainder in cash. If the customer is unable to present a sales receipt, a depreciation deduction of 18% VAT is made off the price stated on the certificate. Diamonds returned within this framework are checked to see if repairs are needed or if it has been damaged in any way (for example, a broken stone) that would affect its resale. If it is damaged, it is no longer covered by the warranty and cannot be returned.

What can I do if I want to enlarge the size of a solitaire diamond ring or wedding ring?
If a customer wants to exchange a solitaire diamond ring or wedding ring within the two years covered by the warranty for one that has 35% greater carat, he has to take its guarantee certificate or receipt to the store where the item was bought. He can then exchange it at the rate indicated on either one of those documents. If an exchange is made at a store in a different city, VAT will be deducted from the original price of the product. The exchange procedure is followed these cases. However, diamonds returned are checked to see if repairs are needed or if it has been damaged in any way (for example, a broken stone) that would affect its resale. If it is damaged, it is no longer covered by the product campaign and will be considered as a used product.
